    But, I think Suave raises a important question --- which I'm sure will comeback again, again --- if a 'grapher is 'risking' by putting up a photograph --- he is trusting the collective to respect the subject and focus on the art-form. Sure we can't ignore the 'subject' of the photograph --- but the 'grapher is not asking that we do, besides, subject is part of the composition, which, well is art form(ed).

    Most importantly, I think, if our commentary is going to degrade the subject --- then it begs the question, why should the 'grapher take that risk? Which them implies, what's the point of 75? Are we here to poke fun and degrade subject(s) or is there some inherent intrinsic value to it?

    I still maintain, I don't like moderating people, but I think we can however live (or is it engage) in 'Harmony'.

    Just as much as artists express themselves in various ways, so too the public in response to the art.

    If you put it out there, you do so with the understanding that there isn't a set of rules that is publicly agreed upon that will protect it from certain kinds of responses as opposed to others.

    Closet poets never run the risk of being pelted with tomatoes, but they also don't run the risk of flirting with greatness. For all the negativity/ degradation, there are also positive and constructive comments.

    I have my doubts that 75 necessarily turned out exactly the way you had envisioned it LN; whether for better or worse; but I can say for certain that it has a soul and a character of it's own. It has grown in leaps and bounds.

    The reality is that our photography allows all sorts of 'faceless' people into our lives and that's the risk we run. But we ourselves decide and reason on which photographs to upload, and in doing so we cannot predict the responses... as for curbing them... that's another sore point altogether

    Personally, I think that people should not be restricted to: Dope; Ill; snapped; !; nice snap; quotes and hiphop verses;etc

    I daresay that the majority of 75ers do uphold RESPECT (as socially agreed upon); therefore one or two individuals cannot undo that.
