    Tsutsumane, I believe (and stand corrected) is a Venda (or Tsonga) word for 'Running' (or to run, not sure).

    During the AllAfrica Games, the athletes (hences the reference) lived there --- then when the games were done --- the 'people' were allocated the houses: in my humble opinion, that's the best 'suistainable development plan, i've experienced'.
