often we encountered these road blocks where the traffic coppers taughty you about the "rules of the road" on long-distant drives in tents erected on the side of the road

AND -- they provided free condoms to motorists

we thought it was a fantastic idea

    I really the free condoms -- you're right; South Africally has something to learn from this campaign
